I know S.F. is always a step or two ahead of SoCal, but we are at 3.83 and rising. I have no doubt it'll hit $4.00 soon. Talking with my daughters, it is right about now that all of us are feeling the crunch and making decisions NOT to go certain places unless we really need to. Pisses me off bigtime, I'll tell ya.
