La Pianiste (2001 - Michael Haneke) *** The main character, played by Isabelle Huppert, is hugely complex and the movie does a good job in exploring the psyche of this character in its raw form. Repressed sexuality and an overwhelming need to maintain control over relationships drive the secret life of a respectable piano teacher.
