Guess what we had tonight? Leftover macaroni and meatballs, and the LAST TWO cannoli!!!

Thanks to some posts in this thread I had an overpowering urge for Chinese food.

I treated myself to some (and perhaps "treat" is not the right word). I spent half the night on the john.

I have been craving Chinese food lately but I've been craving hot wings more.

Get Chinese and an order of fried wings with it.

Pork chops tonight, with hot cherry peppers and fried potatoes.

Sounds good.
For me leftover ham and cabbage. My wife also made a delicious pork roast with carrots and potatoes.

Boring chicken parts, oven browned potatoes and broccoli.

Wifey called and wanted me to take her Chinese to work, so it all worked out.

Cheddar roasted potatoes with brocolli.

Egg drop soup, shrimp chow mein, pork fried rice.

A disappointing eye round - it was a bit tough. But the mashed potatoes were smooth and creamy and the fresh spinach was really good, too.

I don't know about you guys, but I can't wait till Lent is over. Friday nights are ussaully order out night,anywhere from pizza to Chinese to KFC. But during lent "No Meat"-My Fat Greek Wedding" and all we've been ordering is Cheese pizza. I have had my fill of cheese pizza.

Oh ya what's for dinner tonight. I think tuna fish sandwiches?

We had sausage and peppers with nice fresh bread and some corn. Nothing's better than sausage on the grill, but on a rainy night, the convection oven's not bad.

I wasn't even going for a laugh, that's really what we had!

I was going to make escarole and beans, but I didn't like the looks of it, so I picked up a couple of heads of savoy cabbage instead. I threw in a smoked hock, too.

It was delicious.

I do NOT like cabbage. Sorry.

I read today that you're supposed to eat fava beans for St. Joseph's, but the traditional meal was always pasta with sardines in our family.
