Another sensational day here in the high desert. Cobalt blue skies. High today: 63, low tonite, 30. Unbeatable. Braggart.  I couldn't believe that wind and rain we had here yesterday. 12,000 households/businesses without power, a live wire from a downed utility pole dangling an inch over a busload of people, just scary stuff. Luckily, we didn't lose power, but my daughter was at a sleepover and they lost their cable, so they had no phone service there either.

Gale force winds again.....  Our newspaper had a photo of some rough seas crashing on the shore in England (south). The U.K. has been getting some strange weather this year......rain, wind.....what will the summer bring?? More of the same probably....  Lovely day today,blue skies,warm,even balmy!
