Where does it indicate in the film that the hitmen were killed outside Fredo's house? Yeah, Deanna is babbling about people outside her window, but the place where these guys are found do not indicate it's outside Fredo's house.
Deanna says,
Right out my window! I want to get out of here! They're lying there dead! Now, why would she say this is it wasn't the case? And more importantly, why would it would be in the movie if it wasn't intended to serve as a clue??
