it just doesnt seem to come naturally to him because he's so slick and all of a sudden he bites off Zaza's ear.
He had the traits of Michael and Sonny. Sonny's temper and Michaels coolness. He waited till the perfect time to lose his temper when he was close to Zasa to insult him. If that was Sonny he would have run across the room to go bite his ear off but he would have been stopped by Zasa's guy by then.
