Most of the action, until the end, is fairly closely spaced:
--Anthony's party/visit Roth: December 1958.
--Visit Frankie: late December '58.
--Cuba: December 30-January 1, 1959.
--Senate hearings: Probably several weeks later.
--Roth shooting: 1960 because, as Danito noted, Roth claimed he was coming to the US to vote in the Presidential election.
Of course, Lansky's actual return to the US when he was arrested was after he was refused entry to Israel which happened about 1970. That appears to be the scene they screenplayed in GFII.
