I'm telling you, it totally freaked me out. I was on the Palisades Parkway, right near the state park. And sure enough, there it was, loping across the road. Since weird things go through your mind at times like that, my first thought was, "Why is there a black panther in the road?"

My friend had work walked outside to her car in the morning and guess what was in her yard? A wild donkey. Ha ha ha. I kid you not. I knew they were around but I have never seen one.
