Although part of this story has already been posted over in the general discussion thread, I thought that I would post some of it again here for those Scarface fans who do not ever wander over to the general discussion thread. Last weekend several of the Gangsterbb members got together, in Philadelphia PA., for our annual GangsterBB Weekend.

Well It was a great time. Whenever we get together the time just seems to whiz on by.

On Saturday night we went to Penn's Landing. We stopped at the Moshulu for some drinks. The ship looks like it did when it was used in GFII. After that we walked on down to La Veranda for dinner. What a fantastic dinner we had! They set us up in our own room and put us at a table for twenty. At times we thought that we were having the big sitdown meeting in The Godfather. The food was just outstanding. I think that they served us everything that was on the menu. The food just did not stop coming! And each time that the waiter brought something else out, it was better than the last course.

Speaking about the waiter, he was just superb. The first sign to us that this guy was the right guy to serve our party is when he asked me what I would like to drink, and I when I gave him my order in my Tony Montana voice he immedeatly started talking like Tony Montana and quoted Scarface word for word. Between his Tony Montana impressions and his service, the guy was outstanding.

Everytime this guy came over to the table, he and I would go back and forth with the Scarface quotes. At one point during the evening he brought in a busboy to help him clear the table and he turned to us and introduced the busboy as "Manolo!" lol

If anyone here ever goes down to Philadelphia make sure that you have dinner at The Moshulu at Penn's landing and make sure that you request Frank 'The Scarface Impersonating Waiter' as your server. And tell him that The Godfather Crew sent ya!
