First off, whore pizza ...w/o cheese?
I don't think that's considered pizza any more

Secondly...
I LOVE cauliflower. After I steam it, I like to top it off with toasted bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic and olive oil, then stick it under the broiler for color.
You love it so much that you have to cover it up with all those ingredients?

It does sound great, don't get me wrong -- but if you love it, just eat it.
I do. I love it raw best. Or steamed, w/o the "extras" most of the time
