I know I don't want my kid waiting outside in the single digits wating for the bus. So drive him! I do drive him and pick him up everyday. I need to see how many snow days they have. I think this is the 2nd day so far.

Lovely,mild and sunny! Just picked up the kids without a coat for the first time in months... Nights are still frosty and below zero though  Zero Celius....a lot warmer than Zero Fahrenheit. Is that a typical February day on the island?

I heard from my sister today (in Michigan). She works at a school and said that they haven't had a full week of school for the last three weeks, with at least a day off a week due to icy roads. The temp was -9 and the wind chill like -30. How awful. TIS
