Nope. It kept warm in some venison meat kept out in the smokehouse next to the still.
This reminds me of the time my grandpa stored a deer in the fridge. The fridge had no electricity and it was very warm outside. Good thing this house wasn't being lived in, eh?
A friend of my dad's went on vacation last year; their computer plug is the one next to the fridge/freezer plug, and they turned the wrong one off.
They have pet ferrets, so when they came back and opened the door they assumed the ferrets had died (due to the nauseating smell). But then they opened the fridge and saw some cooked chicken in there. My dad's friend went to pick it up to bin it, and his hand fell straight through; it looked solid, but it was more like melted jelly.
