Artists only? Yeah, right.

Growing up, Greenwich Village was like a second home to me, because my favorite aunt owns some property down there (she's still alive and kicking at 90+ years old). Anyhoooo, I remember when lower Manhattan really was for starving artists. Needless to say, no more! Now Hollywood types make one good payday, they move right in. Hey, God bless, it doesn't bother me. It's just that they like to claim it's still an "artsy" neighborhood, but it's honestly not. Do you know any starving artists that can afford 25k per month?
