OK, here's a question I have regarding banks. Why do they have braille keys at the drive-up ATM?? Do they think that blind people will be driving up?? And even if it was a walk-up window, the blind people could use the braille keys, but they still wouldn't be able to read what was on the screen. So, what's the point of having them? It's all very confusing.



Those keypads tend to be uniform whether they're in a store at a drive thru or on the street.

I'm guessing the braille is there to comply with ADA regulations. Just a stab in the dark.
