Yes, we all go back to the same routine but still...it's a NEW YEAR.

I'll never forget an old 'Family Circus' cartoon where the little kids were so excited that they would be allowed to stay up for midnight New Year's Eve. Their little imaginations envision a bright sign comsuming the sky that blazed 'THE NEW YEAR'!!!

When the clock strikes twelve and nothing happens they are confused, disappointed and completely bored and therefore go right to sleep.

Funny how some things stay with you for all those years....
