Christmas time in Manhattan is very festive. Many lights and decorations. I worked two blocks from the NYSE. After 9/11 the street was closed to vehicular traffic. They placed a Christmas tree in the middle of the street. This photo was taken from the steps of Federal Hall on the corner of Wall and Broad St. Federal Hall is where George Washington was inaugurated as the 1st President of the United States.

Merry Christmas to all. May the peace of Christ be with everyone. May we never experience another day like 9/11/2001. May war be abolished. May all children sleep peacefully in their mother's arms.
