The past 4 years the "meet" has been in August or September. There is no definite date/place as of yet. That's why we start discussing early. It gives us a chance to plan, save, and clear our calendars for the particular weekend. \:\) Please feel free to put in your suggestions. Would Vegas be do-able for you?

Chicago is an hour drive from me, so personally that's what is best for me. Vegas would be nice if I can make it, always wanted to go there.
