DVC had at least SIX strikes against him (6 documented suspensions), which are 3+ more than customary. I think we've been MORE than fair with him; he just wasn't able to actually
learn from his mistakes, which is the bigger shame.

I concur with the collective judgment of the esteemed and learned justices of this Honorable Board. While the gravity of the individual offenses of the defendant may not shock the conscience, the defendant's substantial prior record aggravates the sentence, such that the standard sentencing guidelines are consistent with a ban. One only needs to refer to the precedent established in the seminal decision of
Gangster BB v. Mad Johnny ,776 A.2d 1182 (2006) (Justice Cardi writing for the majority) and apply the legal doctrine of
Illegitimis Paulus Id Veniente Habevit , more commonly known as The Little Bastard Had It Coming.
Judgment of Sentence is Affirmed.
