Good topic DE NIRO!

For me, I'll break it down a bit.

For a comedy sitcom I'm going with The Italian Stallionette on that one -

Jim Ignatowski from Taxi. The guy would crack me up just by walking into the scene. Christopher Loydd was just incredible. "What does a yellow light mean?"

For a drama series sitcom,

Tony Soprano hands down. Gandolfini did such a fantastic job with the character, making you like him one week, feel sorry for him the next, despise him the following week, and laugh with him the next one. Definitley a character that kept me interested because while I enjoyed watching him, at the same time I enjoyed trying to figure him out.

Honorable mention for a drama series character :

Jack Bower (Keifer Sutherland) from '24'

and

Sonny Steelgrave (Ray Sharkey) from 'Wiseguy.'

For a comedy -

Danny DeVito as Louie DePalma in 'Taxi.'

Don Cardi cool

Five - ten years from now, they're gonna wish there was American Cosa Nostra. Five - ten years from now, they're gonna miss John Gotti.
