[White Castle] seems like exra salt, less meat and flavor... they certainly not are what they once were... Arby's roast beef is a good, but even healthy guilty pleasure i find ?

What you want is White ROSE -- there's one in Roselle. I visit the one in Highland Park once every year or three - freakin' awesome!
