I heard earlier that they have two men in custody who apparently lived in the same house. The relationship between the two men wasn't determined yet. The Fire expert went on to say that the reason they could tell and/or suspect that the Santiago fire was arson was because it had at least 3 sources (starting points), which evidently is suspicious in itself. Isn't it amazing how they can go thru the ruins and ashes and find exactly where and how a fire started? It looks as though the fires are controllable and some out thankfully. I can tell you today for some reason the air is full of smoke more so than yesterday (in my area anyway). All day looking out the window there was a yellowish dingy film. When I drove home from work I looked up at the sky and the sun was a very bright orange. My daughter, who only lives about 8 miles from me said there were ashes falling like snow. Don't know why it is showing up more today here than before. Actually the whole atmosphere was kind of creepy Today. Hopefully it's over. TIS
