I love that show too!! Even though Reverend Jim was my favorite character, here's a "food" tidbit (kind of) from Latka while in his "Vince Ferrari" character.
He walked into the kitchen where simpka (his girlfriend) was making dinner. Vince struts in, takes a whiff and says, "what died in here?"
