It is hard to tell. I kind of looks like the car on the left worked its way into the booth area, crunching the car on the right into the toll booth.

The car on the right looks like it has more damage. What about the damage to the toll booth (I assume there was damage). Would the drivers be ticketed/charged for that I wonder? However this happened,I'll bet both drivers are kicking themselves in the ass for not letting the other driver have the right of way.
