Yep The Col. has them taken out of his check even though he works in WV.
So you guys pay CITY and STATE taxes out of your paychecks as well as federal and the city doesn't provide garbage removal? That doesn't sound right.
Or does the Col. have CITY and STATE taxes taken out of his check because he works in West Virginia and then gets reimbursed when he does is taxes at the end of the year?
