I had to google it but roughly over 1200 miles, it's a 3 and 1/2 hour plane journey.

We stayed in a dirt cheap camping hostel on the outside of the city and commuted in to the centre costing 1 Euro at a time. Rome is expensive but we made the whole trip a hell of a lot cheaper.

I was drunk all the way through it. It was absolutely amazing.
