I agree about the fresh garlic, but I'm too lazy to peel, crush, etc., so I simply use the jarred stuff.

A pain in the ass, sure, but I like to slice the shit razor-thin like one of our favorite movies... and with less time, it's easily chopped... well, at least worth the time (IMHO)... I don't even like garlic crushers... I use a knife -- the most important part of prep!
