Yes, 24 comes on Mondays. Although the Season Premiere is usually a two-night event, with 2 episodes airing on Sunday night, and the final 2 airing Monday night.
I'm not sure when they'll start re-airing the Season 6 episodes, though. An even when they do, I don't know if they'll show all of them. I know when they re-aired Season 5, they went from like the 6th episode ALL the way to around the 18th.
