I was making $5.90 at my last job when they raised the minimum wage, and he only raised me to $6.00. And I'd been there 11 months. So the cashiers who'd just started and were getting paid $5.50 were raised to $5.85, so I was only making 15 cents more than people who just started. Now thats some bullshit.
