Wow, it looks like Naomi Watts (21 GRAMS) has signed on to join the HARRY POTTER express. Apparently, she is to star in the sixth installment of the franchise, HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE, as Draco Malfoy's mother, Narcissa Malfoy. This kinda makes sense because she looks sorta like the kid and she totally looks like she could play evil.
It's also being reported that Joseph Fiennes has signed on to join the cast. As we know, his brother Ralph - while not getting into trouble on airplanes - plays the role of grand villain in the POTTER flicks, Voldemort.
