Well, I meant he was an idiot for typing that. He doesn't know what the hell he's talking about, and he certainly shouldn't have posted that without spoiler tags. Even if he is wrong.
No, I don't think he was dead. I'm not sure exactly what it was, but Dumbledore said definitively that Harry wasn't dead. I'm gonna have to re-read that King's Cross chapter to try and understand it better.
