That actually looks rather refreshing. Like someone's personal waterfall. Unless of course you're running down the stairs trying to catch a train and slip and get impaled on one of those spokes. That might suck a little.
Ahhh... the issues of commuting. Some people leave their dinners at a bus stop, some people get impaled.
