That's it, right there. Everyone says "cost of living," but that's bullshit. It's the cost of housing where you save your money in the south.

I mean, you ever go out to dinner in Palm Beach or Boca or Miami? It's the same as going out in NYC. Sometimes even more.

And I'll tell you, housing is finally starting to catch up, in South Florida, anyway. I paid $210,000 for my condo back in 97'. I can get twice that now, but I'll never sell it.
