My brother and sister-in-law came to visit. My mom joined us all at my sister's house today. It was the first time in three years we've all been together (and may be the last time while my mom is alive).
I went outside to have a smoke with my sister-in-law and almost passed out from the heat. Now, a few hours later, a sea breeze kicked in and its bearable (but still uncomfortable).

I don't want to start in on you but you should cut back on those things in this heat. It's hard enough to breathe as it is.
