That's exactly what he was saying at first. Even if he meant that ten was the best, his making her an eleven still is a dis because he's not even including her as one of the top ladies. He said himself that "10 is the best" that there could be. And that means that there is nothing better than being the best.

Is anybody beside me concerned that the car bomb could be a serious problem facing the people within the United States in the near future? The car bomb doesn't do the mass damage that the terrorists enjoy, but it adds an entire new element of fear to everyday people. Worse, if one were so inclined, I don't think it would be as difficult to do as bombing an airport, hijacking a plane, or launching a nuke.
