Is that the regular temperature or the heat index??

I saw (on the news) that it was 99° where Geoff lives... its in the mid 80's here but if you go a few miles north (away from the ocean) its in the mid 90's... I haven't left my bedroom yet (only place I have a/c).... OzzieBoy too.
