SC, just as a side note; I don't know if back in the 30's 40's not everyone had or could afford movie cameras or what, but my parents never had film of that party (nor of their wedding- pictures but not movies). Anway it wasn't til I was about 16 years old when my mothers uncle, Frank Pellegrino, from Detroit came to visit and said he had a short segment from my parents' anniversary party on 8 mm. I assume it was him that "spliced" (?) that portion of film to one of my parents who eventually had it on VHS. They were thrilled as well to see their own parents alive and well in that small clip. Had Uncle Frank never said anything, or made the effort to give them to my parents, I'd never would have seen my Grandfathers alive and well. \:\/ I'm getting to sentimental now.
