So, his being fat means that the healthcare system in this country isn't completely and totally screwed up? So, if he loses weight, it means that it's perfectly fine for a corporation to tell a doctor which tests he can administer, what drugs he can prescribe, and how long he can keep a patient hospitalized?

Not that you don't have a point about his weight, but one honestly has nothing to do with the other.
