The novel and GFIII are two totally different animals. Especially in regards to Lucy/Sonny /Vincent.


I believe that in the extra footage scene at the begining of GFII, when Francesca is asking Michael for his permission to marry Garner Shaw, something is said about either Frank or Santino Jr. in that scene.

Perhaps someone else here can remember it more clearly.
