I feel like because it's EA it will be nothing as good as GTA4. They just don't have the budget.
EA has an astronomical budget, and are arguably one of the top gaming companies in the world right now (they are currently the world's largest third-party developer), with plenty of money to toss around (see the exclusive deal they signed with the NFL).
Meanwhile, Take-Two Interactive, the parent company behind Rockstar (i.e., the devs of
GTA), and in deep financial troubles.
