At one point, I scrutinized the GFII script to see if there were any subliminal clues to whether Rocco could perhaps be involved in the Tahoe assassination plot, and if you notice, following the night of the assassination attempt, Rocco has no dialogue for at least and hour and half, when he then appears in Mike's hotel room, where he has one non-important line, and then we don't see him again until he takes on his suicide mission. All in all, Rocco is barely in GFII.
