Well, mama has very little to say in GF. We hear her voice only in the opening wedding scene and then later when she tells Sonny not to interfere with Connnie & Carlo.
She gets a bit more dialogue in the 'current' GFII segments, between the little bits at the Communion party and then her later conversation in Italian with Michael (the one in which she has not a clue as to what he's referring.
