After going back to school for his master's, starting all over again in a new career, working his way up from the bottom, many IT jobs are being sent overseas for cheaper labor!!!
Do you know how many companies I have to call at work and the person on the other end is in India? They just get paid to answer the phones and basically take messages. They're no help to me whatsoever.
