I didn't want to start another thread, but how did Vito make Captain? I'm watching a rerun in which Vito is a construction contractor related apparently to Richie. Remember, he's putting in a ramp for Beansie. Did I miss where he becomes a friend of ours? Far be it for me to extoll the virtues of Wikipedia, but they have a decent breakdown of the characters that may be of interest. If nothing else, its fun reading. HBO's On Demand is now offering a 3 minute recap of many of the big "hits" from all the prior seasons. (They've included some that have died "naturally" like Livia and Bobby Bacala's dad).
Surprisingly they've included the Russian from the pine barrens, so, at least according to HBO, he's officially dead. (Not surprisingly Adrianna was included).
