I just had some alligator. I gotta say, it's pretty darn good. Very flavorful.
Last year there was a booth set up in front of the MountainLair (the center of all things WVU), and they were selling alligator something-or-others. I want to say they were burgers, but do gator burgers exist?
I don't know, I meant to stop by, but by the time I did.. it was gone.
I've had alligator, but I'd "jump" at the opportunity to have kangaroo.
