I really liked the pilot. Last night's episode was so-so. It's kind of a fairy tale-morality play set in a Hell's Kichen that no longer exists. (or maybe never really did) Co-creator and writer, Bobby Moresco, grew up in Hell's Kitchen. The show seems to be loosley based on the Westies. Stylistically, it owes much to Snatch, and Lock, Stock And two Smoking Barrells.
