I was thinking the same thing in a lot of her posted pictures. She almost looks as though she's overmedicated, but then I always think that Laura Bush always appears to be overmedicated. (not meaning to bring in politics to the thread...also forgive me for mentioning the First Lady in this thread, but it's late and I've had a few drinks).

Anyway, back to Miss Spears. I think someone had been telling her to go for that vacant "deer in the headlights" stare.
