Eastwood gets nothing yet Scorsese is picked to WIN.....this is what I mean about those Hollywood types.
Oh come ON. Eastwood has what, 2 Best Director Oscars, plus 2 other Oscars for UNFORGIVEN and MILLION DOLLAR BABY.
Give just one...just one measly little Oscar....to Marty.
I like Martin. But the amount of Oscars that one person has won should have absolutely no bearing on nominating them again if the work that they did that year warrants it.
It's like telling a Baseball player who won the triple crown last year that he cannot win it again this year even if he leads the league in all the required categories.
