Let me preface by saying that I hate sitcoms... But I always end up getting sucked into them.
But Red Forman of That 70s Show makes me laugh myself into a hernia. His relation ship with his son Eric reminds me of my own relationship with my father. Funny shiz-it.
"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."

And who can forget Archie Bunker? " Archie Bunker: When your mother-in-law and me was goin' around together, it was two years - we never - I never - I mean absolutely nothin', not 'til the wedding night. Edith Bunker: Yeah, and even then..." Actually...Edith was as integral apart to that show as Archie. He wouldn't be nearly as endearing a character without that "dingbat."

"Growing up my dad was like 'You have a great last name, Galifianakis. Galifianakis...begins with a gal...and ends with a kiss...' I'm like that's great dad, can we get it changed to 'Galifianafuck' please?" -- Zach Galifianakis

Redd Foxx of Sanford and Son may have been one of the funniest dads on television at the time. But today, I would say it's between Ray's dad from Everybody Loves Raymond and Carrie's father in King Of Queens. Don Cardi Definitely-- It would have to be Redd Foxx of Sanford and Son! I am still watching the re-runs...Loved that show!

Back in the 80's I went to see Redd Foxx in Las Vegas. His show was a XXX rated show. Dirty as could be, but absolutely hilarious! The insulting exchanges that took place between Fred and Aunt Esther were just hysterical. Don Cardi Oh, i know i heard all about his live shows!--What a funny guy! His Albums were that way too--Just too funny! Another funny guy that was top's on my list was Richard Pryer! he was definitely my favorite

Long as I remember The rain been coming down. Clouds of Mystery pouring Confusion on the ground. Good men through the ages, Trying to find the sun; And I wonder, Still I wonder, Who'll stop the rain.
