I found it in the google search engine, and it doesn't get any bigger than that. He's standing on snow in front of his house in Part II, I believe?

I would guess that it's not made in a 'bigger' or 'poster' version, although maybe you could check on some Al Pacino website. It's clearly not a part of the movie, but just a shot of Pacino relaxing/grinning between takes.

It really is a nice photo...he was so chillingly serious as Michael Corleone (especially in GFII) that we tend to forget how that Pacino smile can light up a room!!
