I'm not listening to music right now, but rather The Twilight Zone Marathon. Remember the episode of "Anthony" the little child from hell?? I haven't seen this series in a while and forgot how wonderful Rod Serling's introductions are.

TIS, how wonderful to discover that someone else is watching the marathon, as well! I've been watching it on and off throughout the day, as it's become a bit of a New Year's tradition for me. I love the Anthony one, and we often tease my cousin about it because his middle name is Anthony and he found the episode to be quite humorous. I was just telling Irish about how much I love Rod Serling! He's perfect for the show, don't you think?

Gina,

When I was young, I use to watch Twilight Zone all the time. Many episodes, (probably all) I have seen before. Some corny, but still likeable. Rod Serling had a great imagination and a perfect voice and demeanor for the narration, as he'd give a synopis telling how they all ended...... "in the Twilight Zone."

Btw, I have a daughter named Gina, and she's an Italian girl too.

It's so good to talk to someone who has such a great knowledge of the show. My dad was the one who got me interested, and I love them now. I agree that some can be quite corny, but some still spook me. I suppose you know of the one where the woman in a hospital has the recurring dream about a nurse at the morgue who tells her, "Room for one more, honey."? That lady still scares me... Also, the one with the strange creature on the airplane wing...lol I saw one today that I think had Robert Duvall in it! He was obsessed with a dollhouse, and he had a bit of a Norman Bates type relationship with his mother. My mom and I kept asking eachother, "Is that Tom Hagen?" Oh, i just love that you have a daughter named Gina, as well!

Ha ha, yes I saw DuVall too. I kept asking myself, is that him. He was soooo young. Then I saw the credits and it confirmed it. I also saw the lady in the hospital.

Did you catch the one about the couple who were drinking the night before, and ended up in a hotel/town with nobody in it but them???? They couldn't remember how they got there. It ended up they were in a dollhouse. Pets for a little girl from another planet. ha ha

I didn't even think to look at the credits! My dad recognized the woman in a recent episode to be the mom of Elizabeth Montgomery on Bewitched, as well. Ah, yes, I saw the dollhouse one. After the mom tells her to put them away, she just tosses them down...poor things! lol It seems like they've skipped so many that I was wanting to see...unless I just missed them? The one where the guy in Vegas becomes too obsessed with the slots reminded me of raggingbull2003's thread about his first casino trip.
